www / on-line event platform

The event website is the place where participants receive all information about the event organization. IT is also where they register and submit their abstracts. To make life easier, the website we offer is the all-under-one-address source for all: event registration, submission procedure and event platform. With no need for participants to switch between the on-line addresses and to create another account and password in the new system. This is also the place where all live event resources, such as pre-recorded talks for example, will be uploaded and made availabe to the participants. It will be possible to join live session from this url as well.

Live streaming

Your live sessions of keynote presentations may be organized in a TV-quality to highlight the importance of the invited speakers.

Parallel thematic sessions / symposiums

Parallel thematic sessions will be organized in ZOOM in the meeting mode. All participants, including authors and participants, will join the session from the website / meeting platform. Each live session will be controlled by our technical host.

Oral and poster contributions

All contributions accepted will be uploaded to the event platform in a form of pre-recorded talks and / or PDF files. A presentation description will accommpany the movie. It is also possible to link to the abstract file. Search filers will make it availabe to search the resources by phrase, presentiong author or session title / code, which makes it very convenient to find the paper of ones interest event with highly extended scientific programme.

Speakers

For online event speakers and chairs management is a crucial thing. It is highly important to well communicate the conference format, the way the presentations shall be prepared, and the session course. Speakers and chairs practice sessions are also required. Our offer includes well-elevated secretariat services, preparation of detailed guidelines for speakers, authors, chairs and participants, as well as test connections with short trainings.
