We firstly ask questions about your aims and aspirations; and then we get down to work. Within a few days we will present you with the concept for your Conference or Congress – without any preliminary costs or obligations. We’ve done this before. It’s all possible. So let’s get planning.
We plan your Congress on the basis of a number of given criteria. At this stage we choose key venues and create early visualisations.
Preparing an event is when we look to take the project from planning stage to implementation. This phase generally lasts from several weeks to months, depending on the size and complexity of the event.
This is the stage where we assess the monetary cost of the plan and its preparation.
